Someone told her we were having a baby.
So she left.
In a hot air balloon.
Because we do it big.
And then she realized it didn’t really fly.
So we invited her best friend to try and figure out how to get this thing off the ground!

They discussed the mechanics of the balloon and the current wind speed.
And Harper had to tell Mackie that the balloon will for sure not go up today.
Then they forgot they even had a balloon.
I hope everyone else’s hot air balloons went mechanical problem-free this weekend!!!

Awwww!! I need to know if that’s an exercise ball…and if so how did you get that thing to float??? I’m loving it!
Nope- it’s a green balloon!!! In giant size from some online place called stump party! I ordered a pack of 2 and just took that one to the party store to be inflated for a few bucks! Used rope to tie it in- super easy!!! It was fun too! I wish it would stay inflated so I could go out and get more sometime this week!
